Initially launched in June 1996, the Boyne Tannum HookUp is Australia’s top family fishing competition which is held annually with the aim of bringing together friends and family from all parts of Australia. With a prize pool worth over $300,000, the event attracts around 4,000 registered fishing competitors and 30,000 visitors to Bray Park, Boyne Island where fishing weigh-ins and family entertainment is provided over the three days of competition.
This year we were stoked to have entrant, Shane, on board Southern Comfort and even better still, Shane took out the biggest Nannygai caught in the 2018 Boyne Tannum Hook Up. Well done to Shane, it was awesome to share the experience with you.
